## A signature before a temporary removal
A pre-removal checklist item can now require a signature from a designated person — the plan pre-approver, post-approver, plan owner or authorised employee. The rest of the pre-removal checklist stays locked until they sign, nobody else can sign for them, and they can open the plan to sign even when they are not on the crew.

## Choose whether plans ask for a planned start time
A template can switch off the Planned start time field, so plans created from it no longer ask for one. It is on by default, and plans already created keep what they recorded.

## Fixes and improvements
- The Start temporary removal dialog is redesigned: select all isolation points in one click, and show points by any template field instead of their ID.
- The equipment picker has a search toolbar, location headings, equipment tags and a selection count.
- A small number of bug fixes.
