Equipment hierarchy, power feeds and the first Impact View

Parent/child equipment with typed power feeds, an Impact View that classifies what an isolation affects, and plans that reference several pieces of equipment.

## Equipment hierarchy and power feeds
Equipment can have parents and children, and typed power feed connections — primary, backup, emergency, control.

## Impact View
A diagram that classifies equipment as directly affected, upstream, downstream, externally fed or unaffected by an isolation.

## Plans across several pieces of equipment
A lockout plan can reference more than one piece of equipment.

Info, Connections, QR and Impact View as tabs on one page.

## Fixes and improvements
- Importing equipment updates existing items instead of skipping them.
- The isolation point verifier shows a name and time instead of a generic badge.
