## Lockout configurations per piece of equipment
Equipment can hold up to ten named configurations, each pairing a set of isolation points with an instruction document. Creating a plan offers a configuration picker per piece of equipment and freezes its points and instructions at build time.

## Instruction revisions
Lockout instructions are drafted, then published to activate, with a full revision history. A plan keeps the revision it was built from.
## A better instructions editor
The instructions editor gains slash commands, a colour picker and standard safety call-out blocks, and the PDF now matches what you see in the editor.
