## Extra plan header fields, per template
A template can switch on Work Order Number, Authorized Employee, an energy-source subset and a Lockout Application line for the plans built from it. All off by default.
## Post-check authorisation signature
A configured signer must sign the post-check authorisation before any other post-check item unlocks.
## Same-approver rules
A template can require that the same person approves both the start and the close of a plan, or any matched pair of roles.
