## An inspection schedule for every procedure
Every published lockout procedure now has its own next-due date. A worklist shows what is overdue, what is due soon and what is coming up, and each equipment page shows its next inspection. Administrators set the interval, the warning window and the close-out policy, and can move a due date with a recorded reason. Due-date tracking is off until you switch it on.
**Where to find it** · Inspections & Reports → Periodic Inspections · Settings → Compliance (administrators).
## Review, act, sign off
An inspection covers one piece of equipment. Review the procedure and its isolation points with notes in the margin, where an issue must be resolved before close-out and a comment never blocks. Complete the review with the people involved, work each issue to resolution with evidence and replies, then sign off. Every round is kept as a permanent record.
## Inspect with co-reviewers
The lead reviewer can invite others to review alongside them. Each person certifies their own review and receives an email invitation, and sign-off warns if anyone has not finished.
## Fixes and improvements
- Audit campaigns are now called Periodic Inspections; old bookmarks still open the right page.
- The inspection register exports to CSV and PDF.
- Executed lockout plans can be opened read-only from an inspection for context.
- A small number of bug fixes.
