Sign in with your email, and safer account setup

New users receive a signed account-setup link instead of a temporary password, workspaces can require multi-factor authentication, and the email address becomes the sign-in identity.

## Account setup by link
Administrators no longer type a temporary password. New users receive a signed setup link that is valid for five days.

## Require multi-factor authentication
A workspace can require multi-factor authentication; users enrol on their first sign-in with a password.

## Sign in with your email
Your email address is now your sign-in identity, case-insensitively.

- The Post-Check gate banner appears before isolations are done, and finalising is soft-gated instead of blocked.
