Smart fields, better tag templates and safer sign-in

Templates can pull the plan owner, equipment summary and dates in automatically, tag templates preview in the right order, and sign-in is hardened.

## Smart fields on templates
A template field can fill itself from the plan: owner, equipment summary, date created, procedure reference and plant area.

## Tag templates
Fields keep their order in the live preview, and a duplicate template name gets a clear message instead of a failure.

## Fixes and improvements
- QR codes link to the plan on your own workspace address.
- Signing in returns you to the page you were heading for.
- A small number of bug fixes.
- Security and dependency updates.
